We are delighted to present one of the best wines on our wine list: Les Terrasses. A Qualified Designation of Origin Priorat wine that has been aged for 12 months in French oak, produced by the winemaker Álvaro Palacios using grapes acquired from small winegrowers in the region. It is mild and versatile, but has great personality. It is a purple cherry colour with the aroma of ripe fruit.
Based on Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Grenache and Carignan, this flavoursome, well-balanced red wine pairs very well with red meat, roasts and stews. At El Racó, it is the ideal companion for our Caruso entrecôtes. Great meat and great wine, what a party!
