This sparkling white wine is produced in the north-west of Italy. The Controlled and Guaranteed Designation of Origin Asti includes, in addition to the province from which it gets its name, the provinces of Alessandria and Cuneo. Made using 100% white Moscato grapes, it has a low alcohol content of just 5.5%. It should be drunk very cold and it has a fresh, green, fruity aroma. Thanks to its fine bubbles, its delicate acidity and its slightly sweet touch, it will surely become one of the favourites of people who love subtlety.
